Our services are custom-built digital solutions created specifically for each client. Once a project has started or digital work has been delivered, returns or refunds are generally not applicable except under special circumstances described below.

3. Refund Eligibility

A refund request may be considered only in the following situations:

  • The project has not yet started, and the cancellation request is submitted within 3 days of payment.

  • Horizon Link Services is unable to deliver the agreed service due to internal technical or operational issues.

  • The request is made before any design files, code, or deliverables are shared with the client.

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after the project has begun

  • Partial project completion where milestones have already been delivered

  • Delays caused by lack of client communication or feedback

  • Issues related to third-party services such as hosting providers, domain services, or external software tools

4. Revisions and Improvements

Instead of refunds, we prioritize revisions and improvements to ensure client satisfaction. Reasonable modifications will be made within the scope defined in the project agreement or service proposal.

5. Cancellation Policy

Clients may request cancellation before the project begins. If cancellation occurs after the project has started, fees may be adjusted based on work completed, resources used, and time invested in the project.

6. Delivery Concerns

If you experience technical problems or have not received your digital deliverables due to an error on our side, please contact us immediately. Our team will review the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

7. Dispute Resolution

In case of any concerns regarding service quality or delivery:

  • We encourage direct communication to resolve issues promptly.

  • If necessary, the matter will be reviewed internally to reach a fair and reasonable solution.
